PM urges agencies to step up anti-corruption
VGP – PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng ordered ministries, sectors and local authorities at all echelons to continue solutions for anti-corruption in the time to come.

Acknowledging positive results of the anti-corruption work and pointing out challenges, the CSCAC Chairman stressed that anti-corruption must be a major task in the coming time. He urged competent agencies to spare no effort to discover and strictly punish corruption cases. The CSCAC must join hands with relevant bodies in completing projects and issuing legal documents to perfect the mechanism of anti-corruption, required PM Dũng. Many corruption cases have been brought to trial. The Government Inspectorate discovered financial derogation of VND 11,100 billion and nearly US $150,000; and proposed administrative penalties against 11 units and 24 individuals. Meanwhile, ministerial and local inspectorates also conducted 6,909 inspections and took back VND 430.5 billion and 6,053,103 square meters of land. By Xuân Hoàng |
