The Prime Minister has authorized the Ministry of Education and Training to sign the agreement and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to complete formalities in accordance with relevant international laws.
In spite of geographical distance, Việt Nam and Quebec still share various similarities. As members of the Community of French-speaking countries, they have great potential for cooperation and mutual support.
Việt Nam and Quebec have for years implemented cooperation programs in scientific and biological studies.
