VN joins Advisory Center on WTO Law
VGP – The PM recently ratified a protocol paving the way for Việt Nam to access the Advisory Center on WTO Law (ACWL).
| The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is entrusted to complete diplomatic procedures. The Ministry of Finance is in charge of paying membership fee for ACWL. As a member of ACWL, Việt Nam wants to acquire support in training its staff and lawyers specializing in economic laws for the government and relevant ministries. In addition, the country hopes to receive fee-of-charge consultations about WTO-related regulations. In case of trade disputes, the country may receive technical assistance from ACWL.
