The Vietnamese delegation consists of representatives from the State President’s Office, the Office of the Government, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Finance, the SBV, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Health.
Mr. Nguyen Vinh Hung, Deputy Head of the International Cooperation Department under the SBV was entrusted to lead the delegation.
The SBV is in charge of working with related ministries and agencies to finalize necessary procedures to negotiate with the ADB and report outcomes to the PM. /.
