VN to talk with ADB on power project financing
VGP – Deputy PM Hoàng Trung Hải has approved theState Bank of Việt Nam (SBV)’s proposal on negotiations with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) on a framework agreement on a loan for the power transmission investment project No. 1.
The negotiation is scheduled to be held within this November in Hà Nội.
The SBV will coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to carry out the necessary procedures for the negotiation with ADB.
The PM ratified a plan to implement a power transmission investment programe using ADB’s loan and the portfolio of the power transmission investment project 1 (first phase) worth US $155.63 million.
