Japan have committed US$22 billion ODA

VGP – PM Nguyen Tan Dung on Monday thanked Japan for having pledged to grant around US$22 billion in official development assistance to Viet Nam over the past 20 years.

Fines for late payment of social insurance premiums

VGP – Employers who pay compulsory social insurance premiums or unemployment insurance premiums late shall be fined up to VND 75 million, according to the Government’s newly-issued Decree No. 95/2013/ND-CP.
