AFD to fund infrastructure project in Lào Cai
VGP – PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng has okayed the portfolio project on infrastructure development in the northern province of Lào Cai in the 2010-2020 period.
The project will be funded by the French Development Agency (AFD) with an estimated sum of €10 million, including €500,000 in non-refundable aid.
