The Vietnamese inter-ministerial delegation to the discussion will include representatives from the President’s Office, the Office of Government, the State Bank of Việt Nam, and the ministries of Planning and Investment, Finance, Foreign Affairs, and Justice.

Earlier on October 20, 2009, PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng entrusted the Governor of the State Bank of Việt Nam to sign with the ADB a credit agreement worth of US $100 million for the subprogram 2 which was completed on May 31 last year.

The objective of the program is to assist the Vietnamese Government to realize the 2006-2010 socio-economic development plan to accelerate economic growth and poverty reduction.
