Four Deputy Ministers of Defense appointed
VGP – The PM has signed decisions to name four new Deputy Ministers of Defense.
They included Le Chiem and Be Xuan Truong, who were Deputy Chiefs of the General Staff of the Viet Nam People's Army.
The others were Vo Trong Viet, who was Commander of Border Guard Command and Tran Don, who was Commander of Military Zone 7.
