The Government chief urged Cà Mau to pay attention to human resource training and make greater efforts to fulfill its year plan 2009.

He suggested the province to focus on developing transport infrastructure and irrigation to facilitate sustainable agricultural development.

Industrial-scale shrimp raising, healthcare and education are also the major industries to be promoted, said PM Dũng.

The chief of the Government took the occasion to visit the Cà Mau Gas-Electricity-Fertilizer Complex.

Here, he asked the PetroVietnam and the Management Board of the Complex to acclerate the construction of the fertilizer plant and realize social security policies.
