VN-China transport check-points piloted
VGP – The PM has allowed the Ministry of Transport to pilot the operation of three transport check-points at Viet Nam-China border gates.

The three check-points will be posted at Lao Cai, Huu Nghi and Mong Cai border gates.
The move aims to realize a protocol signed on October 11, 2011 between Viet Nam and China.
The Ministry of Transport (MoT) was assigned to work with other ministries and agencies to structure organization and control processes at these piloted points with a view to avoiding overlapping and ensuring transport smoothness.
The MoT is in charge of directing the Directorate Roads of Viet Nam and local transport departments to facilitate goods circulation and make report after two years of implementation./.
