PM to attend 62nd UN General Assembly, visit France
(VNGOP) - The Foreign Ministry announced on September 19 that Prime Minister Nguyễn Tấn Dũng will attend the 62nd session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York from September 25 to September 28.
The PM is expected to reiterate at the United Nations that Viet Nam will always be an active, constructive, cooperative and responsible member of the international community. On the sidelines of the sessions, PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng will meet with leaders of other countries and international organizations, and US politicians and businesspeople. PM’s presence at the 62nd UN General Assembly 2007 coincides with Vietnam’s 30th year of its admission to the UN. Following the attendance of the 62nd UN General Assembly, Prime Minister Nguyễn Tấn Dũng will pay an official visit to France from September 30 to October 3. By Trần Thái |
