Both Guangdong’s Party Secretary Wang Yang and Governor Huang Huahua confirmed that Guangdong and other China’s localities place importance on fostering comprehensive cooperation for mutual benefit with Việt Nam.

They strongly believed that the Vietnamese PM’s visit to Guangdong, lasting on April 18-19, will create a new impetus for the development of ties between Việt Nam’s localities and Guangdong.

Praising Guangdong’s recent achievements and effective measures to cope with the global crisis, PM Dũng stated that Guangdong will recover its growth pace and maintain its position as one of China’s leading provinces in the cause of renovation.

He continued to say that the Vietnamese Party, Government and people will do their utmost to bring the friendship and comprehensive cooperation between Việt Nam’s localities and Guangdong to a new height.

PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng and leaders of Guangdong discussed some measures to promote the multifaceted cooperation for mutual benefit between the two sides.

The Vietnamese leader highly spoke of the signing of cooperation agreements between Guangdong and Việt Nam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Planning and Investment. He also expressed his support to strengthening relations between Guangdong and Hồ Chí Minh City.

Also in his stay in Guangdong, PM Dũng received Chairman of the Board of the China Bank of Communications Hu Huaibang and visited the Guangzhow university city.

He also paid a visit to Weichuang Company specializing high-quality monitors in Guangdong’s science city.
