VN to host Int’l Statistics Conference

VGP – The PM has approved in principle  the organization of the 5th International Conference on Official Statistics in 2014 in the country.

VGP – The Government has decided to upgrade Ba Ria town to the capital city of the Southern province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau.

WB funds VN’s natural disaster management

VGP – The PM has recently ratified outcomes of negotiations on the Natural Disaster Management Project with the World Bank and related legal documents.

VN to host 2nd Global Food Security Conference

VGP – The PM has approved the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD)’s proposal on its cooperation with the Dutch Government, the World Bank and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) to organize the 2nd Global Conference on Agriculture, Food Security and Climate Change.
