VGP - PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng on August 28 allowed the central province of Thừa Thiên-Huế to receive the project "Building a studying center at Diệu Viên Pagoda in Thủy Dương Commune, Hương Thủy District.” The project is a non-refundable aid from Singapore's Gentle Fund Organization (GFO) and carried out within 2008-2010.
