VNGOP – On September 4, PM Nguyen Tấn Dũng issued Instruction 21/2007/CT-TTg on preferential loans to all disadvantaged pupils and students succeeding in their entry exams into universities, colleges, high schools and vocational training facilities throughout the country.

PM gives nod to VN-US Trade and Investment Framework Agreement
VNGOP – Upon the proposal of the Ministry of Trade, the PM on July 31 agreed in principle the contents of the Việt Nam-US Trade and Investment Framework Agreement (TIFA) and allowed its implementation.
Vietnamese Days in France to be held in September
VNGOP – The PM on July 23 agreed the organization of "Vietnamese Days in France" in September 2007 and the draft program proposed by the Việt Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in its Document 2022/PTM-VP dated on July 2, 2007.
PM okays expansion of Đồng An IP in Bình Dương
VNGOP – Upon the proposal of the Bình Dương Province People's Committee and recommendations from the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the PM on July 19 agreed to include the expanded Đồng An Industrial Park (6.4 ha more) in the southern province of Bình Dương in the List of IPs to be expanded to 2015 issued attached to Decision 1107/QĐ-TTg dated on August 21, 2006 by the PM.
PM approves Vinashin Bạch Đằng Corporation
VNGOP – The PM on July 18 gave nod to the plan to found the Bạch Đằng Shipping Industry Corporation as a member of the Việt Nam Shipping Industry Group (Vinashin). The Vinashin Board of Executives was entrusted to decide the formation of the parent company - Bạch Đằng Corporation – and its subsidiaries under current stipulations.
PM gives nod to Sóc Trăng City-based solid waste treating mill
